Christmas Delivery
We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas if your order is placed after 4th December 2023, We aim to stick to a 1-2 day turnaround. However, due to the festive period Royal Mail are busier than normal and delays are to be expected.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer a few different ways for you to receive your order, we use Royal Mail to send all of our dried goods. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually arrives within 3-4 working days. We have a flat rate postage for Royal Mail of £2.99 and free delivery over £49. You can also choose to upgrade your delivery at an additional cost to Royal Mail 1st Class, this usually takes 1-2 working days from posting.
Collection
Your order will be reviewed by a member of our team and an email sent back advising you a day of collection. We aim to have these orders ready for collection the next working day.

Dispatch Times
We aim to post your order the next working day. If you order on Monday we aim to dispatch this on Tuesday, if you order on Friday we aim to dispatch your order on Monday.
