Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original postage costs will be deducted from your refund.


Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items​

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., grooming or beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
