  • Why natural treats?
    Many commercial dog foods like Bakers, Wagg, and Pedigree are packed with fillers (like cereals), sugars, and additives – and can contain as little as 5% meat! These additives may cause issues like paw nibbling and upset tummies. Our treats are 100% meat, no nasties, no hidden fillers. Natural treats support: Dental health Joint health Mental stimulation And so much more! Think of it like choosing an apple over a bag of sweets – healthy and just as tasty!
  • What age can my puppy have your treats?
    Our Puppy Treat Box and Fish Treat Box are suitable from 8 weeks old. All other treats are great from 12 weeks and up.
  • How often should I feed furry treats for natural de-worming?
    Feed twice a week and combine with a worm count test 2–3 times a year.
  • How often can I feed your treats?
    Since our treats are 100% meat, they can be fed daily. Just reduce your dog’s regular food by about 10% to account for treat calories.
  • How should I store the treats?
    Keep them in a cool, dry place. Best stored in an airtight container to lock in freshness and keep the smell in check
  • How long do they last?
    Our treats are air-dried, removing moisture while keeping all the nutrition. They last at least 12 months from when you receive them.
  • Why air-dried?
    Air drying preserves nutrients, makes them super easy to store, and keeps them fresher for longer – perfect for travel or everyday use.
  • Can I swap a treat my dog doesn’t like in your pre-made box?
    Of course! We’re happy to make swaps in your treat box to suit your dog’s preferences or dietary needs.
  • Can cats have your treats?
    Yes, believe it or not! Cats love sprats and chicken feet.
  • What are the best long-lasting treats for heavy chewers?
    Try our Boredom Box! It includes lots of tough chews! Other treats we recommend are; Pizzles Pork Bars Hooves Deer Legs Hairy Cow Ears Yak Chews Bull Horns Antlers Ostrich Bones Perfect for power chewers!
  • Can I leave my dog alone with a treat?
    We always recommend supervising your dog while they enjoy any treat – just like with toys.
  • What helps with puppy teething?
    All our treats are fab for teething pups! Other great options: Cold carrots A wet flannel frozen overnight – great soothing chew!
  • The treats smell strong – help!
    The smell is what makes dogs go wild for them! If it’s a bit much for you, just store them in an airtight container – it’ll tone it down.
